10 years of dreaming coming to pass...

Hello friends,

Today is Good Friday! And exactly one week until DTS starts!

I very much appreciate those of you who have sacrificially given towards this dream of mine and the Lord's. My dream to be in YWAM has been in my heart for 7-8 years now. (Not to mention wanting to be in missions for at least 10 years now.) It's amazing to see God take me from a place of total doubt that He would ever let me see this dream fulfilled to now I'm walking into it in 7 short days. God is truly better than I expected!

I have decided to change my plans. I will no longer be going to YWAM Herrnhut but rather YWAM Kansas City. I will be in Kansas City for 2-3 months during the lecture phase and then in another nation for another 2-3 months. I don't know which country I'll be sent to as of now.

I am not sure what the Lord has for me in this upcoming season, but I am falling more in love with God and this city than ever before and am ready for whatever He wants to do and wherever He wants to take me. I want to view every season of life as a new way to know my Lord and fall more in love with Him.

Right now, I should have enough for the lecture phase (Since tuition is free, it's mainly just the price of housing, food, etc.), but I'm still in need of health insurance (required for DTS) which will probably be over $500. Please pray with me as I'm looking for a good company to go with. I will also need $5,000 by July 4 to do the outreach phase.

The online options are better for me due to the short deadline of 1 week, but mail works too! :)

Please lift me up in prayer for peace and trust in the Lord as I go through this transition, health and energy, friendships and networking during DTS, and finances to finish the whole program.
